斯大林的"民族"定义对中国的"民族识别"影响研究

斯大林关于民族的定义一直影响着中国的民族工作,特别是在20世纪50年代全国上下展开的民族识别中,它成为了识别族群身份、划分族群族属的重要标准。但是,现在在回顾历史的过程中,我们不得不重新思考这个问题。     

Making the familiar strange and making the strange familiar: understanding Korean children’s experiences of living with an autistic sibling

Based on the findings of a small‐scale study using visual ethnographic techniques with nine South Korean children, this article explores the role of culture in understanding autism. While autism is embedded within the ‘strange’ and ‘unfamiliar’, linked to exclusion and discrimination in Korean society, the children focussed on reframing their experiences of living with autism as ‘ordinary’. Despite the limitations of the small sample, the richness and depth of data generated by children themselves offers new insights into children’s interpretations and experiences of autism and raises interesting questions for cross cultural research in the field of disability.

由于纪检监察双重领导体制严重制约纪检监察派驻机构的监督成效,2004年中央纪委、监察部着手推动纪检监察派驻机构实行统一管理的体制改革.各地结合实际大胆探索,创造出"点派驻"、"片派驻"和"点面结合"等三种统一管理模式.三种模式各有其内容特点、体制优劣、实际功效和适用条件,异彩纷呈,不同程度地克服了旧体制的弊端.其中,"点面结合"模式出现最晚,但它既保留了"点派驻"管理模式的长处,又吸纳了"片派驻"管理模式的优点,有可能成为派驻机构统一管理改革的新方向.

Individual powers and social consent: an axiomatic approach

We introduce a notion of conditionally decisive powers the exercise of which depends on social consent. Decisive powers, or the so-called libertarian rights, are examples and much weaker forms of powers are covered by our notion. We provide an axiomatic characterization of existence of a system of powers and its uniqueness as well as characterizations of various families of rules represented by systems of powers. Critical axioms are monotonicity, independence and symmetric linkage (person i and i’s issues should be treated symmetrically to person j and j’s issues for at least one linkage between issues and persons).     

On the number of separable partitions

Consider partitions of a given set A of n distinct points in general position in ℝ ^d into parts where each pair of parts can be separated by a hyperplane that contains a given set of points E. We consider the problem of counting and generating all such partitions (correcting a classic 1967 result of Harding about the number of such partitions into two parts). Applications of the result to partition problems are presented.
